A yummy and tasty snack Recipe,which can be made instantly, with veggies of your choice.Smart way to introduce veggies to kids!!!
Ingredients:
Chopped Onion 50gms
Chopped cabbage 50gms
Chopped carrot 50gms
Chopped beetroot 50gms
Add any other leftover veggies,or veggies of your choice
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Cornflour 2 tbsp
Maida 2 tbsp
Chilli flakes 1tbs
Preperation Method:
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients, don't add water.Mix into a smooth dough.
Make even sized balls of the veggie mixture.If required refrigerate the mix for 30 mins(optional)
Heat oil in a pan, keep medium heat,add the veggie balls deep fry until golden brown. Serve with your favourite chutney or sauce.
