Wheat grass juice

Homegrown wheat grass juice.... A superfood.... Healthy detox juice to add to your daily diet. It's simple and hassle free to grow wheat grass in your kitchen garden. Wheat grass harvested and juiced fresh when it's 7-10 days old is the sweetest to have fresh and raw. Dilute the wheat grass with water and have it within 1 hour of preparing the juice. It has a natural, mild sweetness and tastes yummy. Wheat grass juice has a whole lot of health benefits... Pineapple Punch

Sunny yellow...... pineapple punch....just the right mocktail to pepup your day. Bromelain an enzyme present in pineapple helps fight inflammations in our systems. Ingredients Pineapple 1 Lemon 1 Sugar 2tsp Ice cubes Method Dice pineapple and blitz in a blender along with some ice cubes,sugar. Adjust the quantity of sugar according to the sweetness of the fruit. Pour the juice in a glass,squeeze a lemon and give a good stir.Garnish with a slice of kiwi fruit and serve chilled.

Chickoo milkshake

Creamy, thick milkshake with  chickoo ....tasty pleasure!!! Ingredients Chikoo fruit  7  Sugar /honey 2tsp Milk(full cream) 1 cup Kiwi slice 2 Method Blitz peeled and deseeded chikoo fruit with sugar , icecubes for few min ,then add milk and blitz until frothy. Add a slice of kiwi fruit and serve chilled.

Chikoo/sapota icecream 🍨

Chikoo icecream Fruits pair very well with icecreams.chikoo icecream is a delicious combo....have doubts....well  let's make it to relish it. Ingredients Chikoo 250 gms Milk (full cream) 500 ml Sugar 1/4 cup Custard powder 1tbsp Corn flour 1tbsp Milk for slurry 150ml Method Blend chilled chikoo  fruit in a cool blender and cool refrigerate. Simmer500ml milk on low flame 10-15 mins until it's reduced 1/3rd in quantity. Now add sugar and simmer for another 5-10 mins so that the water released by the dissolved sugar completely evaporates.If too much water is there in the mix then it will produce ice crystals. Make a slurry of cornflour and custard powder with cold milk (no lumps). and pour the mixture into the milk while stirring constantly on low flame.cook till the icecream mix thickens .Dip and remove a spoon from the mix and if you draw a line on the back of the spoon it should form a bridge line without the mixture dripping as shown in pic.This indicates your icecream mix is...
