Vegan greens stir-fry

  Mixed greens Curry  Ingredients  Spinach 100gms Amaranth leaves 100gms Chopped small onions 1/2 cup Chopped garlic 5-6 Dry red chili 2 Salt to taste  Water as required  Jaggery 1tbsp Jeera 1tsp Urad dal1/2tsp Curry leaves few  Method Heat a Pan add oil, temper with Jeera, urad dal, dry red chili. Add onion, garlic, curry leaves and saute until onions are soft.  Add the Chopped greens, add water about 1/4th cup, close the lid and cook in low heat until the greens are cooked.  Finish off with salt and sugar. Very nutritious and dietary fiber rich keerai poriyal. 

Tava Pav Bhaji

 Perfect mix of flavours, spices and vegetables... finger licking good recipe from the chat Bandar..... Famous dish of Maharashtra!!!  Pav Bhaji Ingredients  Onion 300gms Tomato 250gms Ginger-garlic paste 2tbsp Salt to taste  Dry red chili powder 1 tbsp Mixed vegetable (carrot, beans, Peas, potato, cauliflower) 1 cup Capsicum 250gms Dhania powder 1 tbsp Tumeric powder 1tsp  Pav Bhaji masala powder 2tbsp Coriander 3tbsp Oil 5tbsp Butter 3tbsp Cinnamom 3inch piece Cloves 2 Elaichi 1 Bay leaf 1 Jeera 1 tsp Method  Boil the mixed and Chopped vegetables till tender and mash them coarsely and keep aside. Heat a large and thick bottomed pan. Add oil and butter, Cinnamom, Elaichi, bay leaf, cloves and saute till the flavours release. Keep Medium Flame. Add the ginger garlic paste and saute till Raw smell goes.  Sauteyed ginger garlic paste  Now add the finely Chopped onions and saute till they become tender and golden brown. Add the Chopped capsicum next and saute the mixture for 5-10 minutes

RASMALAI

  A decadent Bengali dessert..... rich, creamy melt in mouth softness.... treat your loved ones with homemade rasmalai!!!! Ingredients For Rabdi Milk(full cream) 1litre  Sugar 1/4cup Dry fruits(almonds, cashewnut, pista) 1/4cup Saffron strands soaked in warm milk  Cardamom powder 1tsp For panneer patties  Milk (full cream) 1litre  Sugar 3/4 cup Rose water 1/2tsp Vinegar/lemon juice Method  For rasmalai panneer patties  Homemade panneer  Homemade paneer is preferred,crumble and knead the paneer to a smooth creamy dough.Make small patties and cover with a moist cloth and keep aside. For sugar syrup add 3cups of water to 3/4 cup sugar and bring to boil in a pan,after sugar dissolves completely let it boil for another 10 mins. Panneer patties  Now add paneer patties to the sugar syrup( do shape the paneer once more in your palm  before dropping in sugar syrup so as to remove any cracks).
