Beat the summer heat with this cooling,Probiotic cucumber Raita Recipe.
Ingredients:
Grated cucumber 250gms
Grated coconut 1tbsp
Oil 3 tsp
Mustard seeds 1tsp
Urad Dal 1tsp
Green chilli 1
Dry red chilli 1
Chopped Curryleaves,
Coriander and mint } 1tbsp
Leaves
Fresh Curd 1cup
Jeera 1tsp
Salt to taste

Method:
Heat oill in a pan, add mustard seeds, jeera, urad dal.saute until mustard seeds splatter.
Add Dry Red chilli, green chilli, Chopped greens,sauté few mins.
Switch off flame, add Grated fresh cucumber, Grated coconut, salt to taste. Mix well.
Add fresh Curd, mix well.
Raita is ready,serve with rice or rotis.
