For all panipuri lovers....have a family Golgappe day to enjoy chatpata Pani Puri!!!
Ingredients
For stuffing
Chopped onion 3
Black chenna 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Black salt 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
For green chutney
Coriander 1 bunch
Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
Ginger3inch piece
Garlic 2-3cloves
Salt to taste
Jeera 1/2 tsp
Grind the ingredients to a coarse paste.
For khatta-meeta chutney
Tamarind pulp ( softened with hot water)
Seedless dates pulp 1 cup
Roasted jeera powder 1/2tsp
Saunf powder 1/2 tsp
Roasted dhania powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Grind the ingredients to chutney consistency.
For suji puri
Rava 1 cup
Maida 2tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Water for mixing
Oil for frying
Method
For making puri roll out 10cm circle with the prepared dough.cut our your favourite size puri and fry in oil till slightly golden brown.
Let them cool to room temperature.
Soak the black chenna dal for 8 hrs and boil in a pressure cooker ,till soft.Mash the chenna coarsely and mix with the spices.
Dilute the green chutney in a litre of water to make the pani for Golgappe.
Make small hole in the puris ,stuff with chopped onion, chenna.Arrange in a plate,while serving add the green chutney pani, sweet chutney as per your taste.
